Window won't open gears stripped

I have a casement window on an old house the right side works but the left has no gears, looking to replace both with working parts

Thanks for your post! This window operator reminds me of the 39-021 Wood Window Crank. The opposite hand is the 39-020. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
