Window won't open and close

A home owner from Lancaster, PA says:
The internal mechanism is stripped, so the window will not open or close when you turn the crank. The crank says "Weather Shield" on it. The crank is located at the bottom of the window in the center. It has two arms that extend the base of the window outward using the single crank.

Looks like you need a new operator. That worm gear cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. Once it strips out, that operator is done.

We can help, but your photos only show the base of the operator. We need to see the whole mechanism in one shot in order to match it up to something in our inventory. Please let me know if that would be possible for you to get for me.

A home owner from Lancaster, PA says:
Attached are some follow up photos showing the window operator removed from the window. Please advise on what replacement part(s) I should order. Thank you!
