Window won't stay open

Window will not stay open. I sent over the info that's on the side of the window. Hopefully you can identify the part I need. Thanks.

Hello,

If your window won't stay open, then you most likely need to replace the support balances on either side of the window. We'd need to see one of your balances fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate some videos to help you through the process depending on the types of balances that your window uses. Thank you!

This is the type of balance that's on the window (left and right). Any idea???

It looks like you have coil balances but we won't be able to confirm the correct replacement until we can see the coils and pivot shoe that they anchor to fully removed from the window.
