Hello, thank you for posting,
Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-087 coil housing to see how it compares to your original. This part is compatible and houses the Series 180 coil springs. The original coil spring should have a number stamped into the metal that indicates the weighted option needed.

For the window lock, are you able to show us a top down view? Can you also provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? Thank you!

Unfortunately I do not have the coil, is there a way you can tell by the height of the window? The window size is 29 3/4 X 45 1/2.

Unfortunately we cannot confirm based on the dimensions. The window sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Please provide the weight to move forward. Thank you!
