Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-191, which uses the 1/2" S160 coil springs. You'll have to check the bands of the old springs for a weight code. If there aren't any, you will need to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs used in the window to determine the coil weights.

You can also reuse the old coil support if it's in good shape.
