Window won't stay opened

It looks like you are showing a spiral balance and pivot shoe for a tilt window. You can start by looking over the (3/8") S900 and (5/8") S600 spiral balances. The determining factor would be the diameter of the housing tube.

Unforutnately, your pivot shoe is too damaged to identify. There's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we would need to see an intact version of the part removed from the other side or an identical window in the house.
