My window won't stay up I noticed the 8 spring was broke . I have attached all the photos and we took the good one out to compare to the one is broke. All I could find about the manufacturer is DH MAGNA DOUBLE -hung TYPE -VSDH CODE MAG- K - 004. Thank you so much. Michelle

Thanks for writing in. This pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-228. This shoe uses our Series 160 Coil Balances. This Series doesn't have an option for an 8 lb spring weight, but I suspect our S160-7 7.5 lb coil spring might work fine for you; if you want to confirm this, weigh your window sash. Give us that exact weight, and we can tell you what spring weights you need. The support cover looks like our 15-150S.
