Window won't stay up

Question

This coil snapped and window won?t stay up. I believe it is a Dura Seal window. What part would I need? My contractor will be doing the repair.

What you are going to need is a replacement for your coil balance. Could we see some photos of the coil balance removed from the window as well as the pivot shoe that was in your window? This will help us to determine the best replacement option for you.
