Window won't stay up

A home owner from Kansas City, MO says:
I'm sending a photo of the broken window and another window that is not broken. Is it the coil housing that is broken? I'm not sure what that is called. But, it is broken on both sides, so I need. 2 of them.

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-180 balance show that works with the S190 coil spring. We've related some additional hardware and videos to help you along the way. Thank you!

A home owner from Kansas City, MO says:
The balance shoe and coil are not broken. I am missing the clip that hold the coil. I posted a photo of another window so you could see what the clip looks like that holds the coil. I will post another photo now so you can see that the clip is intact for the top window sash. But the clips that hold the coils are missing for the bottom window sash. What is that part?

I've related those parts for you as well. Depending on the number of coils your window is using, take a look at our 15-186 or 15-181 supports. Thank you.
