Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but this looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. Take a look at the related video for more information. Thanks for posting!

Your photo shoes the old Simonton pivot bar, so you'll need to use the modern 26-336.

That also means that you'll need to reuse the old metal cam from their original pivot shoe in the new style 15-192 for it to work. Thank you!
