Hi there. If your windows won't stay up then most likely the channel balances need to be replaced. The channel balances are the spring loaded mechanisms that regulate the opening and closing of the window. It appears you have ribbed Series 751 Channel Balances. The video below shows how to remove and replace them. Let me know if you have any further questions.
