Window won't stay up

Question

I have 2 MI windows that won't stay  up.  They are only 3 years old.  I see these have plastic clips that have broken.  Do you have these?  I've attached pictures.  thanks

I can't be sure but if the window won't stay up, you likely need either the support balances or guides that keep them replaced. If you have non-tilt windows and the guides on the sides of the sash are the only broken parts, we would need to see an intact guide removed from one of the windows to compare to our inventory.
