Window won't stay up

Question

I don't know for my window to stay up as I push iit what that red piece is called but i need to replace it in order

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the end of the spiral of your balance that attaches to the pivot shoe or bracket. We'll also need to confirm if the metal housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8", as well as the length of the tube. Thank you!
