Window won't stay up/will fall out if not locked

Question

Hello, this window was having problems to begin with, then a wind storm knocked it down and KO'd it.
I'll need new pivot shoes and tilt locks.
I added a photo of the number printed on the inside of the window.
Could you provide me with a list of the parts I'll need?

Your current hardware resembles several items that we carry. To narrow it down, could you please upload photos of your hardware out of the window? I'd also need you to provide the width and thickness of the pivot shoe and the hole center spacing of the tilt latch. Thank you!
