WindowMaster 4 15/16 sliding glass door (patio door)?? LOCK / LATCH replacement part

I have a number of WindowMaster sliding glass doors of various sizes installed during new construction 30 years ago. The locking / latching mechanisms, black in color, are failing on all of them. Screws are rusted, finger pulls are broken. They are all hook latches, not keyed latches or locks. The screw spacing is 4 15/16"

I do not know how to select replacement parts from the pictures provided.
