Entry Gard # 40759. Double arm.
Installed unit appeared to have to have 'end caps'
Missing. The part that engages the slide mechanism

I'm sorry to say that I don't know what the end cap might be in this case. I also couldn't cross-reference that stamp to any one assembly in particular.

Seeing a photo of the operator itself would be a huge help at this stage. We specifically need to see it removed, ensuring that we can see the entire mechanism without obstruction. Seeing the track or rail that the end caps connected to (if there was anything like that at all to begin with) would also be helpful.

Thank you. Looks like your operator is missing the guides that allow it to engage with the track. Assuming that your operator is in good working order then I would recommend our 36-078 shoe stud, along with the 39-106 detach clip. This should be the style that's compatible with your existing track, but look it over and see if it's a familiar design.
