Windowless..need parts

Question

Somebody ripped the tilt windows out forcefully breaking may parts and in some instances the windows...how do I find out what series the windows are to make sure I order the correct size replacement parts?

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the window series would not confirm the correct replacement parts. We would need to see your pivot shoe, balance, and any other parts that you need removed from the window. Please also include written-out dimensions to compare to our inventory and we can go from there. Thank you!
