Windowmaster channel balances

A home owner from San Diego says:
Hi. I've just ordered four of the Series 385, 28" channel balances and clips for my two Windowmaster, non-tilt windows that are at least 20 years old. Their part is labeled 2710. I am curious about how to use the clips since the originals don't appear to have them. Your item appears slightly different on the top plastic/nylon part, but I assume it functions the same as the original, maybe even better! I read the instructions, but a video might be helpful too.
Thanks-

Paul from SWISCO responded:
You ordered the correct parts for your Windowmaster. Yes, the top is different from the original on the side-load balance, but it functions the same. We pulled up some video guides on the right, such as "How to replace a window sash channel balance," to help in the installation.
