A quick learner from Socal says:
I need to replace a window latch for Windowmaster vinyl window. Two pictures are attached. One shows working latch intact and other picture shows the broken latch.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This is a very old style lock. I'm not certain if we can get a hold of this, but I will need to see the whole thing in order to say for sure. If possible, please remove it from the window and show me a clear picture of the locking mechanism on its underside.

A quick learner from Socal says:
I am little hesitant to remove and then not be able to re-install. Let me know if this helps. These are the attached photos:

0698: locking mechanism when open (ruler next to it)
0699: locking mechanism when closed
0700: piece on window that connects to locking mechanism on window frame

Thanks.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thank you. Start by looking at our 38-091 and 38-092 and see if you could use these to replace the old locks. These appear to be the best options in our inventory.

A quick learner from Socal says:
I think that is it! Just ordered. Thanks.
