I am trying to fix some of the windows in my rental property and I don?t know what this part is called.

Hello,

These are called top tilt latches. You didn't give dimensions, so we pulled up a few for you to compare to yours. I'm not sure why they pop riveted them on, but you will need to drill out the old rivets and use screws like our 33-090 to install the new tilt latches. Thank you!
