We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to start by seeing photos of your support balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory, along with any numbers stamped on the assembly. Thanks for getting back to us but we would need to see the entire balance assembly removed from the window to determine how it attaches to the top of the window and the sash frame. There should also be a bottom fitting attached to the bottom of the metal channel, which is most likely still installed in the window jamb. 

It looks like you also need at least one new tilt latch. There's a good chance that we can supply replacements but we would need to see photos of an undamaged latch uninstalled as well to compare to our selection.
