Question

Window spring coil is broken, can I just buy coil separately for both sides and replace it? And I do not how much is the weight ? Let me send you all the pictures I have.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this shoe. However, the 15-228 may be worth considering. This part is designed to be used with the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 so I'm afraid the old springs won't be compatible. There ought to be a number stamped on the band of the spring that would indicate the weight. If there isn't, you'd have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs.
