Question

Hi my name is Bill. Have these coil balancers that are broken on my bathroom window. Can you identify them and suggest how to replace them I do not have any cut outs. Thanks

I pulled up some media guides on the right side of this page that should help you remove your balance system. I also pulled up some possible replacement parts you could consider: specifically, our 15-111 pivot shoe and 15-150S coil spring housing. The coil springs could be our 1/2" wide Series 160 balance but you will need the number on the old coil spring when ordering.
