Replacement Windows Balance and Corner

Hey, thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Usually the length ends on the inch. If yours is 27-1/2" long, it will have to be custom made.

I will also need you to confirm the Series. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match. Finally, please confirm the weight of the sash.

As for the corner, can you give us the width and thickness of the corner and also the size of the screen frame opening that it fits into? Thanks!

Thanks for the information, Herman. I'm actually not sure how to be more specific about the sash weight. I need you to remove the sash from the window, place it on a scale, and give me the weight. That's the last piece of information we need in order to custom make your balance.
