I'm not sure what you have from these photos. Your sample is very deteriorated and I can't really make out the shape. You do mention a 3/16" T slot, and the shape is somewhat similar to our 58-182. Could this be what you need?
If not, or if you aren't sure, then we will need to see an undamaged sample.
