Our twin seal windows are 22+ years old. The windows are great, unfortunately about half of the 20 windows cannot stay open without a "stick". Do you have a repair crew/agent that can install the new "Channel Balance" mechanisms.

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the hardware needed to repair your windows. However, I cannot make any guarantees.
Are the any similar windows in the home that still have the balances in them? If so, we'll need to start with photos of that balance to determine if there is any way that we would be able to identify the proper replacements for the windows with the missing hardware.
