Windows Channel and Window top sash

I hope all is well. Could you please assist to identify the right part for my window. Need Windows channel and the part that goes into the window (Top sash). Thank you!

This appears to be either an S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, choose a new stamp option of 2820. 

For the Top Sash Guide, start by looking at our 18-166. Review the dimensions and let me know if it matches your old guide.
