Hi...It looks like the first picture has 3000 imprinted on it and the 3rd picture has 2800 imprinted on it. Could you please tell me if the part code S770-28 is the correct item to order and if so what would be correct part option.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but to get started, we'd need to see an entire, undamaged balance removed from the window to confirm the correct series. Also, I would recommend weighing your window sash to determine the spring strength since you 2800 stamp is different than what we would normally see on this kind of block and tackle balance.
