Windows Replacement Operators

Sir, we are looking for windows operators as per photo attached. Use in an old house windows ( 25 yrs old construction). We find similiar, but the size of the hanger who is attached to the grip ( to close and open the window) have to be 2 11/16 ( or 2 3/4 maximun).
