We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your pivot shoe and balance assemblies removed from the window to compare to our inventory. For the pivot shoes, we will also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of both parts to narrow down your replacement options. 

Your first photo shows a type of channel balance similar to the S770. We will need to see the channel uninstalled, and confirm the length and the stamp code on the balance to determine the specifications needed for your replacement balances. 

Your second photo appears to show a spiral balance that connects to the pivot shoe. For that balance, we will need to know the length and diameter of the housing tube, as well as confirm the color of the plastic tip at the end of the tube where the spiral extends from.
