Windows Won't Stay Open

I have windows in my house that won't stay open anymore. My house was built in 2002. I guess the balance inside the windowframe is broken? There's no brand name on them and nothing in the building paperwork I have when it was built. I have a photo of the one label I can find. The number search brought me to this page so I'm hoping its your brand. Any direction would be appreciated! Thank you!!

Hello,
There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see photos of your balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. It looks like your window uses spiral balances, so we'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you.
Once the balance is removed, we'll need you to write out the length and diameter of the housing tube as well. Thank you!
