I hope u can help me. The windows balance look like 370 in ur website but look little different. What u think?

I agree, at first glance this looks a lot like the Series 370, except that bottom fitting appears to be damaged. Can you check another balance, perhaps from an identical window, to confirm? See if the bottom fitting or shoe matches the 15-002, which is the type that comes attached to this balance Series. Also make sure the top fitting matches the 19-004. Let me know what you find.
