Windows balance

Question

(08/2) unique 27-D-40.  28 inch long, by 1/2 by 1/2 inch. Can't seam to remove window but is Harvey double pane.

Please review the style of the Series 770 channel balance that installs at the top with a screw. Based on your original stamp you should be able to use the S770-28 with a 28D stamp that can support a 23 to 28 pound window sash, but we recommend weighing the sash to confirm.
