Windows balancer

Question

The part I'm looking for is a Windows balancer there's no descriptions or part numbers listed on the actual hardware I could describe how large or what size is it? It's approximately 29 inches. We have two plastic connections one on top and one on bottom and the springs are in the middle and there is a pulley that's on the bottom side I believe I will require six balancer it's the same type. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380, Series 385, or Series 378 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for determining the right length, all you need to do is measure the metal channel. Do not include the plastic fittings in this measurement; ONLY the metal channel is relevant when determining size.

Lastly, if there are no stamps on the original balances, then you need to weigh your sash on a scale to verify the proper weight. We have a weight chart on each balance's respective store page that will allow you to cross-reference the appropriate option.
