We can assist with replacement balances, but to further review, we will need to see the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley cord. From there we can narrow down the correct series for your window. Thank you!

Your balance uses a connection point that indicates a special spring calibration to support the window sash. We can replace your original balances, but it will require a custom order. To further review, we will need to know the depth of the shoe as measured below. Does it measure 1 inch exactly or slightly over? Thank you!
