Windows channel balance

I have a window that needs a 29" SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE. It is same high 29" but it is wider that the others (they use same sash guide and shoe). The code on the side says 2890 36 but in your site the higher you have is 2860. What can I do???

Weigh the window sash. The "90" code is usually unrelated to our system. If you weigh, you'll probably find that the weight of the sash falls within the weight range for a different option, something lower than 2860. If it's above the 2860 weight range, let us know and we will make a custom balance for you to hold that extra weight.

I just weight the window and weight 22.5 lb so what do you comment, 2830 - 16 to 23 lb or 2840 - 23 to 28 lb

Since 22.5 falls between 16 and 23, choose 2830.

I would absolutely recommend the 2830 option. 22.5 pounds falls comfortably in that range.
