Windows channel balance

I need it, but I cannot find it exactly matched to my window.

There are good odds we can supply this balance, but before I can recommend anything I need to see the top plastic attachment. Your photos here only show the bottom.

I'd also like to know the depth of the bottom plastic fitting, if you can measure that for me.
