This appears to be the bottom fitting from your initial photos but what we'd need to see is the fitting on the other end of the balance. 

Thank you! This is perfect. We can supply replacements for what you have here but it will have to be a custom order since your balance uses the 19-011 top fitting. I'll just need you to confirm a few things for me so that I can get this moving for you. Can you measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell me what you get? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
