The plastic roller that holds the spring and rope is broken, so you have the parts to replace it? Thanks

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid you can't replace just the plastic roller and pulley system so you would need an all-new balance. I just can't identify what you may have from these photos. Are there any shoes or attachments that go with this balance? Would it be possible for us to see a complete and undamaged balance assembly removed from the window?
