Hey Ricky. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If your old housing for the coil is undamaged, you can reuse it--otherwise, see the 15-186 and 15-182. Let me know if you have further questions.
