Windows do not stay open.

A quick learner from Key West, FL says:
One window will not stay open and the other side is hard to open. I noticed that the clip on the left side is missing.
I would like to order the replacement counter-balance springs for both windows, both sides.

Hello there!

It indeed sounds like you need new balances. However, I'm afraid these metallic stickers don't tell us anything. In order to help, we'll need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window with the end fittings intact. The related video will go over the specific details we're looking for.

A quick learner from Key West, FL says:
Hi, Emily,
3 photos of the bottom and 3 photos of the top are attached. As is the number identifier on the channel balance (25-3 CA2 CMC 7). The metal part is 26 inches long.
If it matters, these go with PGT windows.

Scratch that, your system only allows 5 images. The video you referred me to said to take 3 pictures of each so all sides are shown. :-(

Hi, Emily,

I am in a hurry as we are selling our home, and the new buyer needs this to be fixed prior to closing. I just placed order #2030481. Can you confirm that I ordered the correct part(s)?

If I did not, please call me for immediate order.

Thank you!
