I have 5 windows that don't work. I need new whole assembly s.

Definitely sounds like an issue with the operator. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see how well they match up. If they differ in any way, let me know and we will do our best to find something different.
