A handy person from 46012 says:

I have 2 of these windows that are falling out because there is only one balance on them. Can you help me figure out what I need to repair these please? They wont stay open and you can simply pull them out without any effort. Thank you.

This looks possibly like a Series 350 Channel Balance. You'll need the length of the metal channel, as well as the stamp code on the metal channel. See if the video below aids in removing and replacing these balances.

A handy person from 46012 says:
The code stamped on one of them is 3020V2. They are 33 inches long.

If the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is 31" long, then see the S350-31. You'll need a stamp option of 3020.

A handy person from 46012 says:
The middle channel is 33 inches not counting the plastic ends.

If the metal channel is 33" long, then see the S350-33. A stamp code of 3030 would be unusual for a 33" balance. You'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash, then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the shop page.
