Want to replace metal rod that goes up and down with window it measures 31 inches 10 windows need replaced

Thanks for posting! Your window balances look like they can be replaced with either the 5/8" S600-31 or the 3/8" S900-31. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the diameter of your tube.

If your diameter is 3/8", you'll need to double check the exact weight of the window sash. Our S900-31 is not made in a black tip option but the yellow tip may work. A pair of these can support a sash weighing 24 to 34lbs.

If you are also looking to replace the pivot shoes, you'll need to confirm the measurements for the width and the thickness of the shoe.
