Springs disconnected from runner. Window model appears to be 5900. I can faintly see two coils in the white cap.

The pivot shoe you show in your photo shows similarities to our 15-191. This shoe can be used with a 3/8" wide coil spring, like the Series 165. You will need to compare your parts with ours and if the coil appears to be a match, then you will need to get the stamped number off of your spring and get back to us with that information.
