The operator cover resembles the 39-107 with the 39-114L handle. Please note that the spline of the operator is stripped out in the handle that you show. You would need a brand new operator as well. To move forward, please provide a picture of the operator in the window where we can see the arms.

Please also review the 26-170 tilt latch that is neutral for left and right. 

Your T- shaped latch resembles the 26-266, but unfortunately we only carry the left handed side as the the right hand has been discontinued. The 26-266 is also limited availability. As a potential alternative, we believe the 26-393A latch pair may work for your sash, but we have not received confirmation. Take a look and compare dimensions to see what you think!
