Windows not closing properly

Question

Hi, I have 20 windows and most of them are not closing properly. Very hard to up and down. Some of the windows came of the shoe and not able to put back. I would like to replace springs, shoe and foot if possible. I am attaching photos. Can you please identify the part numbers so I can order them. I measured shoe size which is 2" X 1". Attaching photos. Appreciate your help,

To further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe and pivot bar removed. We will need written out dimensions of the width and thickness of the shoe.

Please also provide the length and diameter of the spiral balance tube. From there we can determine the series you have. Thank you!
