Windows of America Pivot Bar, T-shape

Trying to locate a 3" pivot bar to match this picture. Mine is "T" shaped on the end. I cannot tell from the picture if 26-241 has the little tab on both sides. It looks like it only has it on one side(which would be "L" shaped. Do you have one like mine? I bought the house from someone else. I think the sash windows might be from Windows of America. Not sure if they are still in business. Thanks for your assistance.
