Windows off track

A handy person from Maple Valley says:
Pictures above are two different windows with similar problems. They are crooked and parts have fallen out of track. Need parts necessary to repair. I think your video shows how to replace the parts once you help me determine what I need.

Thanks for posting! Based on your pictures, it looks like you have a broken top sash guide and a broken balance. Check out the video below for some more detailed insight on the issue.
I will need to see a clear picture of an undamaged top sash guide, if possible. Specifically, I need to see it from the side and from the front; think of it like a mug shot. I'll also need you to measure it as carefully as you can and tell me what you get. You can see our entire selection of top sash guides here, in the meantime.

For the balance, I suspect that you have a special type that will need to be custom made. Before we can begin, I will need a clearer picture of the bottom nylon shoe and the metal clip at the end of the cord. I will also need to see the stamp printed on the metal channel, the length of the metal channel itself, and how many you need altogether. Thanks!
