Hey there. I'm confident we can help, but it's tough to say from these photos. Can you show us the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window? A bird's eye view, with the window open, would be best. We'll do our best to help from there.

Hello there. This looks like the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operator. For a new folding crank handle, see the 39-224.
